Of course it’s important to know about theories and models. But to be knowledgeable and credible when teaching, we have to put theories into practice.

Everything we teach and communicate is based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience. We have used all the tools and methods we refer to, so we know that they really work. We try to openly and honestly share our experiences to simplify the process of turning theory into practice and gradually form new, positive habits.
