#18: We want different things and a lot of time is wasted in conflicts—what can be done about it?
Conflicts in a working or management group can be positive and constructive when they lead to better decisions. But if the differences of opinion start to get personal, or if your discussions are based on a hidden agenda or you are maybe in it for personal gain, the conflicts can be damaging and negative.
The main problem is often that there are different personality types with different values.
